Job summary

Equifax in Denver, CO is seeking a detail-oriented Data Operations Specialist to analyze client data, load data into test and production environments, and ensure timely processing of Employment Data Reports. The role requires strong accuracy and collaboration with account managers and clients.

You will perform regression testing, transcribe IVR requests, monitor emails, and train teammates on dispute processes and internal tools, contributing to high-quality client deliverables.

Qualifications

• BA or BS preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to learn multiple Workforce Solutions applications quickly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client data seeking the source of inaccuracies.
• Load data into test and production environments.
• Review historical data in a production environment.
• Perform regression testing after hours as needed.
• Transcribe IVR requests to process Employment Data Reports.
• Monitor email accounts to ensure requests are handled within SLAs.
• Process Employment Data Reports (EDRs) accurately and on time.
• Maintain quality control and perform QA steps on processed data.
• Create ad hoc reports for clients and Account Managers regarding disputed data.
• Extract, test and load client data into test and production environments.
• Provide viable solutions to correct employee records in ongoing files.
• Train new and existing team members on the dispute process and internal tools.
