Rent-A-Center is hiring a Credit Assistant Manager to support collections and customer service in a full-time role. You will handle in-store and on-site duties, including coordinating deliveries and maintaining a customer-first storefront.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in retail or collections, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Duties involve lifting products and providing excellent service to customers with a team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: communicate with customers and collect on accounts daily.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant's heart in-store and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & pickups: load/unload and install products following safety procedures.
• Merchandising: keep the store inviting, organized, and clean.
