Job summary

KONE is seeking a National Accounts Credit Collection Specialist to drive collections, monitor KPIs, and ensure billing and write-off processes align with contract terms. This remote nationwide role supports accounting for National Accounts across the United States.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in credit/collections, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems like SAP. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or accounting.
• 3+ years in credit, collections, accounts receivable or similar.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems including SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly AR reviews for National Accounts and drive collections.
• Collaborate with National Account Manager to address past due items.
• Oversee revenue recognition and billing adherence per criteria.
• Manage collection activities in HighRadius and document actions.
