Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP experience required.
• Strong order-to-cash experience.
• Background in credit, collections, and accounts receivable.
• Experience with material invoicing and sales tax.
• Experience working with leasing companies.
• Ability to assess credit risk and establish credit limits.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult customers professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and collections.
• Process approximately 20 invoices daily.
• Review credit applications and establish customer credit limits.
• Manage order approvals, billing, invoicing, and collections.
• Work with leasing companies on credit approvals, deposits, and sales tax.
• Resolve billing disputes and customer payment issues.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts.
