Floworks International Llc in Houston, TX is seeking a Credit and Collections Specialist to maintain receivables by collecting delinquent accounts, researching discrepancies, and coordinating with sales to resolve items.

The role requires evaluating credit risk, approving terms for customers, and managing a large portfolio to ensure invoices are paid within terms; it features a professional office environment with hybrid work flexibility.

Formación

• 5 to 7 years of experience in related area.
• Technical certification or Associate's degree may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for a wide variety of credit functions for larger or more complex accounts
• Ensures compliance with established guidelines, reviews and monitors credit sources, credit files, customer applications and delinquent accounts
• Maintains records on credit risks, delinquent accounts, and incomplete files. Notifies customers of delinquent accounts to solicit payment
• Evaluates credit applications to identify degree of risk and credit limit for new customer accounts
• Work closely with branches and sales to maintain customer service relationships and ensure invoices are paid within terms
• Monitors credit hold queue to ensure orders are released in a timely manner and corresponds with sales team regarding delinquent accounts
