• 1+ year of experience in customer service.
• NACM Credit Business Associate designation preferred.
• Wholesale distribution experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Handle all aspects of the credit and collections process for an assigned base of accounts.
• Foster and cultivate relationships with internal and external customers.
• Prepare credit approval packages for submitted applications, annual review, job accounts and credit line increases.
• Understand and interpret credit bureau reports and business credit reports.
• Respond to reference requests on existing customers.
• Assist in the credit analysis and credit approval process.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date credit and collection files.
• Keep detailed electronic notes for customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Review and approve credit lines and job accounts up to $10,000.
• Review over credit limit reports for increases.
• Communicate with Profit Center Managers about exposure.
• Conduct collection calls on overdue accounts.
• Reconcile customer statements and provide invoices.
• Process refunds of credit balances.
• Use technology platforms to troubleshoot payment issues and resolutions.
• Complete safety and compliance training.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
