Job summary

• Manages accounts receivable and collection activities and oversees credit investigations and approvals.
• Reviews applications; verifies financial status; establishes credit limits and recommends approval or rejection of credit.
• Contacts customers to collect overdue payments; issues notices and pursues collection strategies; may assist with repossessions as needed.
• Ensures proper documentation of all correspondence and maintains organized, secure customer files.
