Job summary

Farmers Home Furniture is seeking an experienced credit supervisor to assist the credit manager with accounts receivable, collections, and credit approvals. You will lead staff, manage delinquent accounts, and ensure procedural compliance while protecting store assets.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least three years in accounting, loan processing, or collections. A valid driver's license is also required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3 years in accounting, loan processing, or collections.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State Driver’s License.
• Experience with credit approvals and delinquency management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable and collection activities to minimize losses.
• Review credit applications and determine approval or rejection.
• Contact customers by phone/text to collect overdue payments.
• Document all communications and monitor collection performance.
• Assist in training staff and maintaining compliant credit procedures.
