Job summary

The role involves directing staff, documenting all communications, and ensuring compliance with collection procedures. A valid driver’s license and prior experience in accounting or collections are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; 3+ years in accounting, loan processing, and/or collections.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State Driver’s License.
• Experience leading staff and overseeing credit operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable and collection activities.
• Approve or decline credit applications and establish credit limits.
• Contact delinquent customers to collect payments and document communications.
