Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years experience in accounting, loan processing, and/or collections.
• Valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Oversees accounts receivable and collection activities to minimize losses.
• Investigates and verifies credit status and approves or rejects credit applications per procedures.
• Contacts customers to collect overdue payments and documents all communications.
• Maintains payer records and generates reports on collections performance.
