Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years experience in accounting, bookkeeping, loan processing, and/or collections.
• Valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees AR and collection operations.
• Reviews applications, investigates finances, and sets credit limits.
• Contacts customers to secure payment and pursue collections.
• Documents collection efforts and ensures proper recordkeeping.
• Prepares paperwork for legal action when necessary.
• Ensures compliance with company procedures and confidentiality.
