Job summary

The LINQ Agency is seeking a Credit Card Sales Representative in Cincinnati, OH to join a field sales team. Earn guaranteed hourly pay from $20.00/hour plus uncapped commissions and drive card applications in a busy retail environment.

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, organized, and able to learn quickly, with at least 1 year in credit card or retail sales and a track record of meeting sales targets. In-person work with flexible shifts is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in credit card sales, financial product sales, or retail sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Confident approaching and engaging customers in a high-traffic retail setting.
• Ability to learn and clearly explain credit card terms, benefits, and offers.
• Organized and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
