Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, controls, compliance, or related field.
• Experience coaching teams and fostering a high-performing environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven ability to promote a strong control environment and risk awareness.
• Strong meeting facilitation with documented minutes and agendas.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Design, implement, and improve the in-business control framework across processes.
• Coordinate audits, reviews and regulatory exams for timely and high-quality responses.
• Triage incidents, document root causes, and track remediation progress.
• Validate control effectiveness and evidence prior to submission to reviewers.
• Embed controls across the product lifecycle in partnership with stakeholders.
• Leverage analytics and automation to streamline processes and risk management.
• Facilitate cross-functional forums and clearly communicate progress to stakeholders.
