Job summary

CarMax Auto Finance is seeking an Analyst II to support credit bureau reporting and ARGO configuration. The role involves analytical support for reporting and system configuration, with on-site work at the CAF office in Kennesaw, GA (and Richmond, VA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in analytical, mathematical, or technical major.
• 1–2 years of analytical experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computers and database systems and/or software (e.g., Python, SQL, Excel, SAS).
• Knowledge of coding concepts, test planning/execution, version control, SQL, schemas, data migration, and security.

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit bureau reporting and ARGO configuration strategies and recommend system changes; partner with stakeholders to implement and test changes.
• Leverage Alfa system understanding to assess its impact on reporting processes.
• Test system changes/releases (Alfa) for credit bureau reporting and implement automated regression tests.
• Design, configure, test and validate ARGO changes for the Risk team as needed.
• Coordinate with upstream and downstream tech teams to ensure ARGO changes work in the CarMax Financing ecosystem.
