CarMax Auto Finance Office seeks an Analyst II, Technical Support and Reporting to turn data into actionable business insights and to maintain dashboards that monitor performance. You will work with SQL-based systems, explore multiple databases, and become the data expert translating information into meaningful metrics for CAF operations.

You’ll collaborate with mentors and peers to develop advanced technical skills, handle frontline data questions, and support cross‑functional teams in driving

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, in analytical or technical field
• 1–3 years of experience in analytical or technical role
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in SQL and DBMS technology; Snowflake preferred; Teradata, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or other major data application acceptable
• Experience preferred in SSRS/PowerBI, Tableau, Python, GitHub or other version control software

Responsabilidades

• Conduct root cause analysis and solve data challenges
• Leverage systems and databases to retrieve data
• Become a subject matter expert in system data and translate insights into key business metrics
• Maintain existing dashboards and reporting across CAF
• Assist in designing and developing enhancements to reports and dashboards
• Learn and utilize different tools and processes to develop advanced technical and analytical skills
• Provide frontline support on system’s data-related questions or issues
