CarMax Auto Finance seeks an Analyst II to support credit bureau reporting and ARGO configuration for the Risk team in Richmond, VA. The role involves Alfa-system analysis, testing changes, and collaboration with technology groups to ensure accurate reporting.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of analytical experience, with proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, and data security considerations. Onsite 4 days per week at the Richmond or Kennesaw office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in analytical, mathematical or technical field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computers and database systems and/or software packages (e.g., Python, SQL, Excel, SAS).
• Knowledge of test planning and execution, version control, data schemas and scripting, and security/data protection concepts.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis on credit bureau reporting and ARGO configuration strategies.
• Leverage Alfa system understanding to assess impacts on reporting processes.
• Execute testing on Alfa changes and automate regression testing.
• Design and validate ARGO changes as required by Risk team.
• Coordinate with upstream and downstream tech teams to ensure ARGO changes function correctly.
