Farmers Home Furniture in New York State seeks an experienced Credit Manager to oversee accounts receivable and collections for the store network. You will evaluate credit applications, verify financial status, establish credit limits, and approve or decline lines of credit to customers.

Daily duties include contacting delinquent customers, coordinating with store management, documenting all communications, and guiding staff to enforce collection policies.

Formación

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years in accounting, loan processing, and/or collections.
• Valid State Driver’s License required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees accounts receivable and collections operations.
• Reviews applications, verifies financial status, and approves or rejects credit.
• Contacts delinquent customers via calls/texts to collect payments and enforces terms.
• Documents all correspondence and analyzes collection reports.

• Manages daily bookkeeping and cash handling controls.
