Job summary

OneMain Financial seeks a VP/Director to drive the credit line increase strategy for our Card business. This senior role shapes and advances CLI through data-driven analysis and cross-functional leadership, including partnering with data science, product, and acquisition teams.

The role requires deep credit expertise, innovative risk-growth balance, and the ability to present strategic insights to executives. Location is Charlotte, NC with hybrid schedule Tue–Thu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline required or equivalent,
• Advanced analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Experience influencing risk and growth through cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine CLI policies to balance risk and growth.
• Conduct deep credit analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the portfolio.
• Design and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Technology, Operations) to implement strategies with strong customer experience.
