Job summary

Werner Enterprises' summer internship program is a paid 11-week immersion designed to translate classroom learning into real-world experience. Based at our Corporate Headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska, some remote or off-site opportunities may be available, with housing assistance potentially provided.

The internship includes dedicated training, mentorship, and opportunities to participate in leadership sessions and networking.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a willingness to engage with people in a respectful and engaging manner.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive or personal conversations.
