Qualifications

• Experience in affordable housing finance across loan underwriting, portfolio management, real estate development, or capital raising.
• Familiarity with affordable housing policies, financing structures, and funding programs (LIHTC, Section 8, mortgage revenue bonds).
• Solid foundation in financial statement analysis and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution for assigned credits with high-quality analysis and timely delivery.
• Own surveillance and updates for portfolio, synthesizing performance, market signals, and peer context into actionable insights.
• Support AI-enabled workflows with governance, validation, and improvement of processes.
• Engage with external parties and craft client-ready stories that communicate complex insights clearly.
