Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in credit analysis, infrastructure finance, or project finance.
• Experience developing and articulating credit views and preparing committee-ready materials.
• Experience in due diligence calls, surveillance discussions, and rating reports.
• Strong credit, financial and risk analysis skills; connect drivers to forward-looking risk.
• Experience embedding AI/LLMs or agentic workflows in analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead credit analysis for assigned credits and manage portfolio surveillance.
• Apply AI tools and automation in recurring workflows; document assumptions and methodology.
• Translate complex data into narratives for clients, senior stakeholders, and rating committees.
• Ensure adherence to methodology, confidentiality, and data governance; escalate issues.
• Contribute to governance and controlled automation of workflows.
