Qualifications

• Experience in credit and deduction processing and customer account management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
• Occasional business travel required.

Responsibilities

• Run return reports after warehouse receipts to review and release credits.
• Coordinate with BBraun divisions on pending warehouse receipts.
• Monitor aging returns with warehouse and customers to confirm returns.
• Track and issue credits/debits for direct and government accounts with contracts and warehouse.
• Collaborate with Infusion Systems customer service for credits/debits on capital equipment.
• Provide proof of deliveries for deductions and unpaid orders via carrier sites.
• Liaise with distributor accounts on deductions with customer, contracts, distributor team, and warehouse.
• Work with contracts on allocation, backhaul, and inventory service fees.
