Job summary

B. Braun Medical, Inc. in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Credit Adjustment Analyst III to manage credits, debits, deductions, and return-related transactions, ensuring accurate reconciliations and customer satisfaction.

You will liaise with distribution partners, contracts, warehouse operations, and customer service to resolve discrepancies and support deduction management in a hybrid, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate/technical degree is preferred.
• 04+ years of related experience.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance.

Responsibilities

• Run return report after warehouse receipts products to review and release credits accordingly.
• Monitor aging returns and coordinate with warehouse and customer for confirmations.
• Track and issue credits/debits for direct and government accounts; coordinate with contracts and warehouse.
• Serve as liaison with distributor accounts to resolve deductions with customers, contracts, and warehouse.

Education
