Job summary

Qualifications

8+ years of IT Business Analyst experience, with 5+ years in healthcare provider environments.
Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and EHR/EMR systems.
Understanding of HL7 and FHIR.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business and technical requirements.
Analyze healthcare workflows, including EHR/EMR, clinical operations, and patient scheduling.
Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Support UAT, system testing, and integration testing.
Support EHR implementations and healthcare system integrations.
Ensure HIPAA and healthcare regulations compliance.
Track project issues, manage stakeholder expectations, and support user training.
