Penske Entertainment in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Credentials Representative Intern for INDYCAR & IMS. This seasonal, January–August 2027 role supports credential processing, guest services, and on-site event support for major racing events.

You will learn credentialing platforms, deliver excellent guest service, and collaborate across departments while gaining hands-on experience in sports event operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support credential processing for INDYCAR season and IMS events.
• Assist with on-site credential distribution and guest services.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth event operations.
• Maintain organized credential mailings, printing, and laminating tasks.
• Assist with ticketing, parking passes, and event logistics.
• Learn IMS SCORE and INDYCAR credentialing platforms and assist during peak times.
