Responsibilities

• Independently manages credentialing applications for initial appointment and reappointment.
• Performs primary source verification and analyzes data for accuracy and compliance.
• Escalates red flags and sensitive information to CVO leadership as needed.
• Maintains audit-ready credentialing files and data integrity across systems.
• Communicates application status and barriers with leadership and stakeholders.
