Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently manages credentialing applications for initial appointment and reappointment.
• Performs primary source verification and data validation for compliance.
• Maintains audit-ready electronic credentialing files with data integrity.
• Communicates application status and barriers to leadership and stakeholders.
• Participates in quality improvement activities and cross-functional projects.
