Job summary

LifeMD in New York, NY is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to support medical licensing, credentialing processes, and payer contracts. You will ensure efficient operations, maintain provider credentialing rosters, and liaise with payors and other LifeMD departments.

The role requires at least 3+ years in credentialing, CPCS/CPMSM certifications, and strong analytical and communication skills. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present concepts clearly.
• Experience with credentialing software and payer enrollment processes.

Responsibilities

• Credential/re-credential LifeMD providers with insurance payors and hospitals; maintain CAQH provider data.
• Maintain credentialing matrices for all LifeMD providers and markets/states.
• Respond to payor inquiries and assist onboarding/offboarding of providers.
• Obtain licensure/privileges for LifeMD providers and ensure compliance.
• Verify licensure, malpractice, and education data; perform credentialing research.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience
