Job summary

Medical Management Group of New York, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Representative/Physician Recruiter to support daily office operations in a medical-legal environment.

The role involves recruiting physicians, onboarding and credentialing, license verification, and maintaining provider records, with hybrid in-person work at Bohemia, NY. Remote work is available after training completion.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative experience in a medical office or similar setting.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and recruit physicians, specialists, and clinics via outreach and high-volume calls.
• Manage onboarding and credentialing from initial contact through completion.
• Verify medical licenses and board certifications.
• Review malpractice history and gather required credentials and documentation.
• Obtain and review physician CVs and supporting documents.
• Ensure providers meet all applicable compliance requirements.
• Verify ADA-compliant office locations.
• Communicate with providers regarding fee rates and negotiate terms as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider records.
• Support various projects as needed.
