About the Role

The Clinical Operations Administrative Assistant provides operational and administrative support to the Clinical Operations leadership team. This role serves as the coordination hub for provider onboarding logistics, offboarding workflows, provider communications, meeting and training logistics, platform access tracking, and cross-functional routing. This role does not make clinical, scheduling, credentialing, or HR policy decisions. It executes and coordinates operational processes as defined by leadership and established SOPs.
