You will drive efficiency, training, and quality assurance within a growing healthcare organization.

The role requires multi-state credentialing experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex workflows while maintaining data integrity and strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, contracting, or related experience
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
• Multi-state credentialing and provider enrollment experience strongly preferred
• Experience with CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, payer portals, and credentialing databases
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate across departments

Responsibilities

• Lead the Credentialing Department, supervise daily operations, and manage workflow distribution.
• Oversee credentialing, enrollment, and provider maintenance for compliance with payer, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
• Monitor application statuses, processing timelines, and department data; audit provider files for accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external payers/regulators; support strategic growth and process improvements.
