Job summary

LifeMD, Inc. is seeking a Medical Licensing Specialist to support licensure, credentialing, and payer contracts across multiple states.

You will verify credentials, create PSV reports, and ensure timely submissions to state boards, enabling efficient provider enrollment and operations. Primary responsibilities include maintaining licensing matrices, assisting with CPAs, and collaborating with other departments to onboard and offboard providers while upholding regulatory compliance and high

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-state experience in medical licensing processing.
• Expert knowledge of multi-state Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPA).
• Credentialing Certification, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Obtain licensure and privileges for LifeMD providers.
• Maintain Licensing matrices for all providers and markets.
• Create PSV reports for providers.
• Assist with multi-state CPA creation.
• Maintain CAQH Provider System with licensing information.
• Provide follow-up with state boards on licensing matters.
