Job summary

LifeMD is hiring a full-time Medical Licensing Specialist for remote work across the United States. The role supports licensing and credentialing for LifeMD providers and reports to the Director of Payor Enrollment & Credentialing.

The specialist will obtain licenses and privileges for providers, verify records, and keep licensing information current. We seek a credentialing professional with at least two years of multi-state licensing application experience.

Qualifications

• Requires at least two years of recent multi-state licensing-application processing.
• Proficiency with multi-state licensing, fingerprinting and CPPAs.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Obtain licenses and privileges for LifeMD providers across states.
• Verify licenses, malpractice coverage, education, diplomas and certifications.
• Maintain licensing matrices across markets and states.
• Prepare Primary Source Verification reports.
• Assist with Collaborative Practice Agreements.
• Update CAQH Provider System information and provider onboarding/offboarding.
