Job summary

Bellin Health in Green Bay, WI seeks a Medical Staff Services Specialist for a full-time hybrid role. You will coordinate activities within the Medical Staff Services office, support governance, and ensure accreditation standards are met.

The position requires an associate/bachelor’s degree with medical terminology and admin support training; NAMSS CPMSM/CPCS is a plus, plus 3 years in healthcare. Hybrid work schedule with 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree with training in medical terminology and administrative support.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• NAMSS CPMSM or CPCS certification a plus.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a health care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains working knowledge of Bellin Health Medical Staff Bylaws and NCQA standards.
• Facilitates communication to Medical Staff and Allied Health Professionals Staff.
• Promotes and supports improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Processes appointment and reappointment applications for completeness.
