Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of the job location.
• 1+ year of law enforcement experience or 2+ years security supervision/manager experience or 3+ years security-related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at the site following access-control procedures and policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorizations, maintain logs, and direct individuals per facility entry requirements.
• Respond to access-control alarms and incidents, escalating through channels as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, perimeters, and nearby facilities to identify unauthorized entry or suspicious activity.
• Assist with emergency response activities and site-specific protocols.
