Job summary

TikTok is hiring a Creator Policy & Programs Manager in San Jose. This role focuses on governance strategies for creators and content, coordinating with Engineering, Ops, Product, and Moderation to implement end-to-end policies. You will monitor ecosystem health and drive policy quality across the e-commerce marketplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in Creator and Ecosystem Operations or Strategy, Social Media Content Safety, Trust & Safety, Internet Safety or related fields preferred.
• Driven, proactive with strong coordination, communication and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work across timezones.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and policies covering content and creator governance for global marketplace.
• Develop policies for content and creator account health, violations, rewards, penalties, etc.
• Mitigate risks and improve ecosystem quality and personalized recommendations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement action plans and workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Ops, Product, Moderation to launch end-to-end policies.
• Implement feedback loops to ensure quality of launches and daily operations.
• Set up dashboards and cases to monitor ecosystem health.
• Communicate and train teams on new strategies and policies.
