Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture is seeking a politically-savvy, relationship-driven professional to manage creator advocates in our Public Policy Campaigns and Advocacy team in Washington, DC. You will connect creators with lawmakers and key opinion leaders nationwide and lead educator sessions for lawmakers on using TikTok to engage constituents.

The role requires travel across the U.S. and close collaboration with the Public Policy team to demonstrate TikTok's positive economic and societal impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in political campaigns or public policy digital communications.
• Understanding of current political environment, state and federal processes.
• Effective communications skills to amplify creators and stories.

Responsibilities

• Creator Relationship Management: serve as the main liaison for creators in the Public Policy Creator Advocacy Program.
• Lawmaker and Staff Trainings: lead trainings on establishing a presence on TikTok for constituent outreach.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: work with the Public Policy team to highlight creator impact across communities nationwide.
• Event and Engagement Lead: be main contact for creator advocates at events, plan venues and run of show when needed.
• Research Support: assist in research projects and develop data points on TikTok's positive policy impact.
