Job summary

The Doux is seeking an experienced Influencer & Affiliate Manager to lead the day-to-day execution and optimization of our creator and affiliate programs. You will build strong creator relationships, recruit affiliates, and drive campaigns that boost brand awareness, education, content creation, and sales.

You will manage partnerships, negotiate commissions, track performance, and scale programs to maximize revenue and conversions, turning promising creators into long-term advocates.

Qualifications

• Experienced in building and scaling affiliate programs.
• Ability to recruit creators, negotiate commissions, and optimize campaigns.
• Strong relationship management with creators and partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit creators, ambassadors, and affiliate partners aligned with brand goals.
• Manage paid partnerships, product seeding, gifting, and activations from planning to completion.
• Develop briefs with input from Brand, Creative, and Education teams.
• Coordinate shipments, timelines, approvals, and deliverables for campaigns.
• Monitor activity, performance, and costs; optimize underperforming partners.
