Job summary

SexySelfies Inc. is hiring a Creator Partnerships Manager to grow our creator network and support top performers. You will recruit creators across social platforms, guide them through signup and first posts, and be the main point of contact to answer questions quickly.

You will set up and manage influencer partnerships, negotiate terms, track results, and run creator programs such as spotlights and referrals, sharing feedback with product and marketing teams to improve the platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, talent management or community management.
• A warm, direct communicator who is good at negotiating.
• A solid understanding of the creator economy and how creators earn.
• Comfortable with adult content and able to discuss it professionally.

Responsibilities

• Find and recruit creators across social platforms, agencies and industry forums
• Guide new creators through signup, verification and their first posts
• Be the main contact for our top creators: answer questions, gather feedback and solve problems quickly
• Set up and manage influencer partnerships, including negotiating terms and tracking results
• Run creator programs such as spotlights, contests and our referral program
• Share what creators tell you with the product and marketing teams
