OpusClip is hiring an Influencer Partnership Manager to scale our creator program. You'll find, sign, and launch creator partnerships at high volume. You'll also build real, long-term relationships with the creators who matter most to our brand.

This is a hands-on execution role. You'll run outreach and negotiations across hundreds of creators at once, keep a clean pipeline, and ship dozens of influencer posts every week. You’ll report to Head of Creator Partnerships.

Formación

• 4+ years hands-on influencer marketing or creator partnerships experience.
• Proven record of running high-volume creator programs across multiple deals.
• Strong negotiation skills with creators, managers, and agencies.
• Deep knowledge of the creator economy across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and X.

Responsabilidades

• Scale outreach and build high-volume creator pipelines weekly.
• Negotiate and close deals with creators, managers, and agencies within budget.
• Launch campaigns end-to-end: briefs, contracts, reviews, posting, payments.
• Build lasting creator relationships and convert sponsorships to long-term partnerships.
• Track trends, rate benchmarks, and ROI for campaigns.
• Maintain a clean CRM and pipeline for the team.
• Represent the creator voice with product and marketing.
