Eight Media's 8 MGMT division is seeking an Influencer Talent Manager — Brand Partnerships in Austin. This independent contractor role blends four days in our Austin office with one work-from-home day each week, focusing on turning promising brand conversations into deals while safeguarding creator relationships.

You will own creator relationships, write pitches, negotiate rates and rights, and work with the founders to shape pitches and grow partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2 years of creator talent management or influencer marketing experience.
• Ability to negotiate and manage brand partnerships.
• Strong written communication and relationship-building skills.
