Job summary

ByteDance’s Lemon8 Creator Partnership Team is seeking a hands-on professional to manage end-to-end creator partnerships, from sourcing and outreach to contract implementation, content delivery, and performance reporting.

You will use data to identify rising creators, foster strong connections, coach creators on post-editing, and translate insights into content strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and above.
• Proven experience of creator partnership or data analysis.
• Good communication skills. Brings good understanding of content and trends.
• Able to identify abstract content characteristics in structured and systematic ways.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end creator partnership establishment including sourcing, outreach, contract implementation, content delivery and quality, report and analysis.
• Use data to identify uprising creators; attract and cultivate strong connections and relationships with the creators to develop and scale programs.
• Coach and guide creators on how to edit posts (photo/video) to improve content quality and create external visuals when needed.
• Analyze content performance and generate qualitative and quantitative insights; recap and summarize insights to inform future content strategy and plans.
• Analyze data to draw insights around creators and users; identify issues and find solutions to achieve goals.
