Job summary

Blue Wheel Media seeks a Creator Partnerships Strategist to support high-volume creator, customer, affiliate, and social commerce content programs. This role reports to the Creator Partnerships Manager and will manage sourcing, outreach, partnership development, community engagement, content QA, campaign optimization, and reporting at scale.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or social commerce.
• Experience managing outreach, community workflows, and campaign tracking.
• Strong organizational skills with spreadsheets and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage creator and customer pipeline from outreach to posting, ensuring fit and pacing.
• Coordinate onboarding, community operations, and engagement activities.
• Provide content QA, feedback, and ensure alignment with brand and platform guidelines.
• Track incentives, bonuses, and reporting; escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and campaign outcomes.
• Identify trends to improve posting rate and creator participation.
