Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Analytics (any), Marketing, Communications, Management, Media, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Analytics (any), Marketing, Communications, Management, Media, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.
• Creating, maintaining, and delivering reports using Excel, and developing, validating, and maintaining metrics to evaluate business performance.
• Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplans, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Create vertical content and influencer selection strategies.
• Establish project and budget management metrics.
• Guide the end-to-end creator partnership cycle including sourcing, outreach, contract implementation, content delivery and quality, reporting and analysis.
• Responsible for data analysis, building reports and using data and insights to inform learnings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Analyze content performance and generate qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Track creator content performance using influencer performance measurement tools and platforms to further optimize strategies for future content launches.
