Qualifications

• Experience in vertical content operations, identifying content trends and executing day-to-day operations.
• Experience working with creators including onboarding, communication and basic creator management.
• Understanding of platform-based content ecosystems and vertical content dynamics.
• Solid data analysis skills and strong logical thinking.
• Experience in social media or influencer marketing in a fast-moving tech company.

Responsibilities

• Based on data analysis, content understanding and user research, deep dive the supply and consumption issues of vertical contents, and promote end-to-end process optimization.
• Participate in analysis and strategy formulation from creators' side, assess vertical content status and creator pain points, and support content creation.
• Provide input for regional vertical content operation strategies and help quantify goals.
