Tubi is seeking a Senior Manager, Creator Partnerships to lead the strategy for acquiring creators and managing ongoing relationships. This role is hybrid with regular in-office days in New York and involves negotiating deals directly with creators and agencies.

You will build partnerships, oversee a high-performing team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand creator opportunities and revenue across the platform.

Competenze

• 6+ years in the creator economy, digital media, streaming, or content partnerships.
• At least 4 years of directly relevant experience in the creator economy.
• Experience in creator acquisition, deal negotiations and/or creator partner management.

Mansioni

• Own the strategy and execution for creator acquisition in priority fandoms or areas of focus.
• Identify, source, pitch, negotiate and close partnerships with creators and representatives.
• Manage ongoing partner relationships, onboarding, joint marketing, and feedback.
• Collaborate with Content Acquisition, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Review partner performance and opportunities to optimize growth and scope.
