Job summary

TBN Talent is a New York-based talent management firm representing creators across lifestyle, food, family, fashion, beauty, wellness and beyond. We seek a senior partnerships leader to drive brand collaborations and creator monetization from pitch to signed agreement.

You will build and manage brand relationships, negotiate terms, and shape the growth of our Creator Partnerships team in a fast-moving environment. Strong industry network and platform knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing high-value creator deals.
• Extensive network of brand and agency contacts across lifestyle, beauty, fashion, food, home, wellness, or family.
• Strong pitching, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Deep knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with ability to build a function in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Lead new business for the roster by pitching TBN Talent’s creators to brands and agencies.
• Build and manage relationships with brand marketers, influencer agencies, and platform partners.
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage, exclusivity, and contract terms for talent.
• Own partnerships from first pitch to signed deal, then hand off to managers for execution.
• Develop creative pitch packages including multi-talent campaigns and affiliate partnerships.
• Partner with Talent Managers to align opportunities with talent goals.
• Create and maintain a partnerships playbook with outreach cadences and templates.
• Track partnership revenue, pipeline, and brand relationships for leadership.
• Represent TBN Talent at industry events and partnerships showcases to grow visibility.
• Support growth of Creator Partnerships team, including future hiring.
