Smooth Media is seeking a Creator Manager to lead external-facing growth for a roster of creators. You will help creators evolve their businesses, partner with internal Brand Partnerships, and identify new opportunities across channels and events.

The role sits on the Creator Partnerships team and requires strong relationship-building, proactive execution, and a passion for helping creators succeed in a fast-paced environment in New York City.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in creator management or related fields.
• You are a relationship-builder; you thrive on communication, trust, and helping others succeed.
• You're proactive and organized; you juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage creator relationships as a strategic partner to a roster of Smooth creators, helping them grow their businesses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Partnerships to execute campaigns with your creators.
• Lead creator acquisition by identifying and onboarding new creators aligned with Smooth's values.
• Spot growth opportunities from new channels and live events; help creators scale their businesses strategically.
• Represent Smooth in external communications, communicating clearly and professionally.
