Job summary

Acast in New York City is seeking a Content Development Manager to drive US content acquisition and partner onboarding. Based in SoHo, you’ll build relationships with independent podcasters, media companies, and talent agencies, and shape our creator strategy across RSS, video, and social platforms.

You’ll lead negotiations, curate compelling deal structures, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure smooth partnerships. Hybrid work with in-office days Tuesday-Thursday.

Qualifications

• Experience in audio, digital media, marketing, or branded content is a plus.
• Fluent in emerging platforms and creator monetization.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
