Hercules is seeking a Creator Partnerships Lead to scale our creator distribution. You’ll own partnerships end-to-end—from sourcing to measurement—and convert creator content into scalable growth assets.

You’ll negotiate contracts, manage briefs, and drive performance with clear KPIs across multiple channels. We value deal-oriented, taste-driven, and process-strong leaders who can run high-volume pipelines, measure impact, and collaborate across teams.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience running creator/influencer partnerships with measurable outcomes.
• Strong networking and sourcing ability (finding emerging creators before they are expensive).
• Excellent negotiation and contract instincts (rates, rights, exclusivity, timelines).
• Strong creative briefing skills (clear direction without constraining creators).
• Familiarity with whitelisting/paid usage rights and how creator content performs in ads.
• Strong ops + analytics: pipelines, tracking, UTMs, reporting, and learning loops.
• Good judgment on branding (especially with meme and micro media pages).

Aufgaben

• Lead the Sponsored creator and influencer program across major and micro channels.
• Own sourcing and outreach: identify creators, run inbound/outbound, maintain pipeline.
• Drive negotiation and contracts: rates, terms, deliverables, timelines, compliance.
• Oversee briefs and approvals: creative direction, messaging, brand safety, review workflow.
• Manage deliverable ops: timelines, revisions, posting verification, link/UTM setup.
• Track and report performance by creator, format, platform, and cohort quality.
